China
Passport
- The original passport with at least two blank visa page and at least 6-month validity.
- Please show your old passport if you have.
Visa application form
- Filling out a visa application form in all English. One properly completed Visa Application Form. American citizens are required to fill in two Visa Application Forms.
- If necessary, applicants are required to offer the Round-trip Airline Ticket, Hotel Booking in China, Traveler's Check or the Bank Deposit Certificate.
- Non-Thai citizens should provide valid Thai visa or residence permit or other document to prove their legal status in Thailand.
Photo
- 2 recent photos Size 2x2 inch, color or black and white as the background color, no pattern, no retouching, Not sticker print or digital print, Not just the teeth, Photos must be clear, bareheaded and full-faced.

Time to process visas
- The regular processing time is 4 working days. For urgent cases, the expedited service is available. Moreover, additional fees will be paid as following:
- 1 working day processing pay 1,200 Baht / person.
- 2-3 working days processing pay 800 Baht / person.
